Storytelling: How to Use Storytelling to Change Your Life

storytellingYes, I said it. How to use storytelling to change your life.  Sounds a bit impossible, right?  The reason I'm sharing today about the power of storytelling is because it really does have the power to be life-changing.

You see, when you tell your stories, it transforms them. It brings the story to light instead of hiding it away inside of you. By sharing the story with one other, you release some of the burden you've been carrying and often find support systems you didn't even know you had. And when the old story isn't holding you back any longer, you're free to write a new story going forward. A better story.

Hi my name is Nicola Green I am a creative intuitive person. My passions are music, healing creativity. Last year I got bit by a tick that is when my whole life shifted once again having to suffer in silence. But it was during this time of being patient that I discovered who meant the most to me and what was important in my life, it learnt me to listen to my own body inside out. It has been difficult at times but rewarding. Thank you for this post Rachel.
