    Thanks for the video! This is something I really need to work on! I try to find some me time everyday, but it can a challenge. It usually ends up being my workout and shower before my kids get up. I’d like to add to that, though. I’m starting a list of things I enjoy doing and I’m going to incorporate some of those into my mornings, even if it’s just 5 minutes.
