The case for taking some me time regularly has been well made.  It’s so important to take care of yourself; body, mind and soul. When you take care of yourself in this way, you’re better able to enjoy your life, manage your stresses, and take care of the people you love.

No one can tell you what to do during this time that’s just for you.  How you nourish yourself is going to be unique to you – what you love and what you don’t enjoy.  Just make sure it fills your cup.
