Only when your health and balance is good, can you truly achieve all that you dream of.  For most women though, taking care of ourselves is far down the priority list.  It falls somewhere below doing the ironing and pairing the socks.  Am I right?

Just for today, I’m inviting you to take care of your individual health and balance.  What is one thing that you can do to take care of yourself today – body, mind, or soul?  Taking care of yourself doesn’t need a lot of planning.  Here are some simple suggestions, if you aren’t sure what to do:

  • go for a walk outside
  • play some beautiful music
  • choose to eat something that is both healthy and delicious
  • drink an extra glass of water
  • take a nap
