Today’s post is a bit different than my usual musings. I want to share my latest project with you, and I’m giving it away…absolutely free.
The project is called Get to Know Your Chakras. I wrote this meditation as part of the Individual Health and Balance Retreat, and have shared it with a number of groups since then. Since I can’t sit in meditation with each of you personally, I decided to make a recording and share it with you.
The chakra system is made up of 7 energy centers, beginning at the base of the spine and stretching upwards to the crown of the head. I often find that while people have heard of chakras, they don’t always know what they are or what important roles these energy centers play in our bodies.
This audio takes you on a journey through the chakra system, exploring the colors, elements, and attributes of each of the 7 primary chakras. Learn affirmations you can use to bring energy and balance to each of the chakras and the elements and attributes they support. Find yourself calm, refreshed and with renewed energy to be fully present in your day.
So, why am I sharing a meditation? It’s a bit out of my normal realm, and I’m sure you are wondering. As I work to support women in rediscovering the most authentic expression of themselves and aligning every part of their lives with that real, true, and honest version of who they are, I know that you need tools to stay grounded in your authentic self.
I believe meditation is an incredibly powerful gift for staying grounded in your authentic self.
Earlier this year, I became certified as a meditation instructor. And as part of my work I regularly host a meditation circle for my local community. I offer this meditation circle to give my clients, and anyone else who is called to join us, a place to explore meditation, to become familiar with how meditation works, and to be supported by the power of group meditation.
I offer this recording to share that same gift on a global level. It is the first in a series that I will be delivering in the months to come.
I intend that these meditations will help you to connect with your authentic self. To be fully rooted in that connection. To go forward in your life from that fully connected sense of self.
