Have you ever stopped to think about the choices you are making every day? There is a lot of choice - often that you aren't even consciously aware of.
You make thousands of choices every single day, starting with choosing what time to get out of bed in the morning. You choose what to wear, what to eat, what to do with your day, what kind of mood you are in. You've even chosen to read this blog post ;-).
Sometimes those choices become unconscious. You fall into a routine, and keep doing what you've always been doing. Or you allow others to make choices for you (think about all of the times you've said 'I don't know, you decide.').
Sometimes, outside expectations outweigh your inner voice, and you make choices that appear to be 'the right choice' (read 'the most popular choice') but aren't in alignment with who you are and what your values are.
It's time to recenter your choice-making ability, to bring it into alignment with you, to strengthen your abilities, so you know what you want and have the confidence to speak up and ask for it.
